On Wednesday, August 24, Gainesville High Grounds was put on lockdown following a report of a furnished burglary of a cabbie near the school, as indicated by specialists.

As per Gainesville Police Sgt. Jessica Van, officials showed up to the Lee Road area in light of a charge of an outfitted burglary that didn’t have anything to do with the secondary school.

They were educated and placed on lockdown “just to be as safe as possible attributable to nearness to the secondary school,” as indicated by Van.

Van didn’t determine the quantity of individuals being held in prison, just that all people of interest are in care and being addressed. Charges are as yet forthcoming, the sergeant expressed.
