Mumbai, Sep 19 (IANS) An Exceptional Counteraction of Tax evasion Act Court expanded the legal care of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut by 14 days till October 3, here on Monday.

Raut was captured by the Implementation Directorate (ED) on August 1 regarding the supposed Patra Chawl redevelopment trick case, and has been in authority since.

The ED had recorded the Sena MP’s assertion and later attacked his home on July 31, kept and afterward captured him from the beginning August 1.

The issue relates to the slowed down redevelopment undertaking of the Patra Chawl for 672 occupants which was taken up by Master Ashish Developments Pvt.

Ltd. in which Sanjay Raut’s nearby partner Pravin Raut was one of the Chiefs.

The ED has guaranteed that Pravin Raut was benefitted to the tune of Rs 112 crore by unlawful offer of the FSI from the venture and he had supposedly passed on a specific part of the returns to Sanjay Raut and his significant other.
